Great app, works seamlessly, rarely encounter a problem. Recommend!

Slack wins.

Simple. Easy to learn. Easy to use. Basic users can use in a basic way. Advanced users can use in an advanced way. Those are my criteria for a goto app. Trello. Evernote. Now Slack. I introduced it at work last month and it took off like wildfire. Makes things so much more efficient and easier to communicate. This will replace email one day soon I hope.

Slack is an amazing communication tool. There are lots of things that stand out, but the precise delivery of the notifications and the deep linking back into the thread stand out as much better then its competitors.

Slack is a brilliant communication tool and their app mirrors their simple, clear vision. Couldnt get by without it.

While I do enjoy using Slack, it would be nice to set our own custom status messages versus only having either active or away for options.

Constantly updating features and very few bugs. Works well!

I have used a few different apps for communication and this one trumps them all. The new team calling feature is really what pushed it over the top. Everyone on my team adopted the technology within 1 day.

Fix the unread count. Having a hybrid app means the same broken behavior on all platforms. Fix it. Stop wasting time with cutesie update notes and give is a native app. Unread count and the counter/indicator never work reliably. Cant expect otherwise from crap web app. How about a native app instead of this hybrid crap? Give us a native app and stop wasting time with cutesy release notes. Update: Stop messing around with the channel list! Why are you changing it all the time? Does anyone do QA over there? Update: Another update that breaks more things than fixes. This time its the unread message count. Update: Further broke any already weak Voice Over features there were. Amateurs. Update: More lipstick on a pig. Just toss this crap aside and create a real native app that conforms to all the iOS UI guidelines and is a first class citizen. Start respecting your paying customers. Update: Instead of wasting time creating a version of the app for a device that wont actually be available until July, why not spend that time and create a native app for devices that are already here and in use? This hybrid crap doesnt pass muster. Update: Instead of getting cute with the release notes, spent that time and create a native and secure app that doesn’t have to be updated to support the extra emoji. If this were a native app it would work from day 1. Update: These jokers have no idea how to run a secure system. All my communication and files were stolen! Unbelievable. This is what happens when new hipster startups out of San Francisco with chefs on their payrolls handle serious, real-world work: They fail miserably. This app isnt native. A hybrid crappy mess. Get serious, treat your paying users with respect and give them a usable, native app that actually works.

Slack must keep its 5 star rating, that is how great of an app it is. Absolutely revolutionizes the way we communicate.

Solid app that hasnt ever crashed or been lacking in features. 10/10

At the same time too distracting. The concept is executed to perfection but I do have an issue with the concept itself. Its not ideal for high productivity. Too many unimportant interruptions throughout the work day. I know you can go into non-disturb mood but I cant help thinking that kind of defeats the purpose.

Working on getting everyone in my company using Slack. It does everything I need it to do and the automation options are incredible. Start slacking people!

User friendly, simple interface.

Love the app.. But the latest iOS update is whack. Laggy and slow. Was good til then. I wont leave a less than 5 star review because we love the app and will continue to use it. Hoping a dev sees this to look into the bug
