DMs do not close. When you tap Close this DM for a user it switches to DM with slackbot and DM with user still appear in Direct messages list.

No problem at all, fast and easy to use. Good design and great features.

The only 3 things that miss are: 1. TO DO list with check box by user. 2. Quick link button to call by skype 3. Integration into iOS to share without copy and past. Lets do that ! Tks

At the end I returned to use Whatsapp as this app is totally too complicated for the task.
