I love slack and use it for the 2 companies I run! In an instance I can see how both companies are doing on all the projects. Its the most effective internal communication tool Ive ever used.

I was in a group and then like the conversation of another group Mix with the other on ! Like the conversation are mixing together its really annoying

Unfortunately my work has forced me to use this app. They have over 5 sub-sections and overall Im very negative and find it to be incredibly annoying. I miss the days where I could just send management an email. I hope youre not forced to use it like I am.

This is an awesome app. Very useful for communicating with my team over long distances

If I could give this app less than 1 star I would. My workplace has forced me to use this app and I hate it. Not easy to use not easy to set up and not an enjoyable in app experience. If I wanted to message anyone from work before I could use the email app that my phone already has downloaded but no now I have to use more space on my phone so I can have this shitty extra app for "Better communication" all in all horrible app

Recently we have decided to run my student group off of Slack. It is an invaluable resource for communicating in an organized and pro-social manner! It was easy to set up and have strong tools for those who know how to make use of them.

I love slack. While reading the negative reviews I realized they all have one theme: dissatisfaction because their company has forced them to use this app instead of e-mail. DONT BE THAT PERSON! This app is honestly amazing. It has been 6 months since it was rolled out to our team and we have not yet experienced one glitch. Not only that but it makes communication INSTANT and you do not have to wait for an e-mail to come in. We love that you can make your own emojis, set it to do not disturb and we LOVE that it archives everything. Forgot Sallys phone number a colleague sent you weeks ago? Dont worry because slack actually has that saved for you! Just check the search bar. I could go on and on about what an asset this app is to our team, but reading it would waste your time. Just download and implement it. You will not be dissatisfied!

A must have for any group that uses email or Skype now.

It seems that the only way to enable Email Notification is by logging on to the slack website. It is not possible to editing this setting from the iOS app. Please add this feature to the iOS app.
